New Financial Support Link Worker roles.

In Lambeth, the Financial Support Link Worker role is hosted by AGE UK Lambeth, who also host the social prescribing team for the Borough. In Southwark, the Financial Support Link Workers are hosted by Citizens Advice Southwark who are operating under a Service Level Agreement with Quay Health Solutions and Improving Health Ltd, who host the social prescribing teams.

Although the specific hosting arrangements are different in each of the Boroughs, a cross Borough Operational Group has been formed to share information and insights into delivery, and to encourage the Financial Support Link Workers to form a local practitioner group. This has already led to some changes to the approaches being followed to ensure that needs are assessed holistically.
